I don't usually respond to requests like this because I just don't have time, but I value the Undelete software so much that I will take a minute out of my day. The Undelete software has been a lifesaver for us many times!

Too many times, an employee will accidentally delete a file that he still needs. Without the Undelete software, we would have to go to backup tape, if that was an option. Backup software is much more complicated to use and much more time consuming. If the tape is off-site, obviously there is significant delay.

Undelete is very easy to use. Several people in IT know how to use it so we can easily respond to the customer when they have accidentally deleted a file. I figured out how to use it on my own, literally in a matter of seconds - less than a minute. We don't have to wait until the backup expert is available to help recover a file. The customer is always so relieved and so appreciative that we could recover his file so quickly. They think we are magical.
